- What is the Policy on Returns?
We are confident in the high quality products offered on the site. However, if you order a generic, non-personalized product and are not 100% satisfied with it, you may return it in it's original packaging for a refund within 10 business days. If your order is personalized or custom made for you in any way there is no refund or exchange. Edibles may not be returned. Back to Top

- How should favors be stored before the big day?

- When will I receive my order?
